Took my family to the drive through on Sunday 27th March, first the full order wasn't there had to go back, then no straws or napkins were included, but worst of all the lettuce in the twister and the chicken fillet burger was past it's sell by date, limp, nearly black and totally disgusting, definitely will not be going back again, tried to gind a complaints email but of course couldn't. When i got home there was only 8 fillets instead of I have tried to get in touch with this outlet, but they do not take incoming phonecalls.

The service was atrocious the food was cold and the staff hadn't a clue. People in front of us where probably waiting at least 20 mins for food which like ours was cold and had to keep going up as they forgot items of there order. So disappointed July I love this place! The staff are always friendly and helpful, the food is fresh and delicious, and the portions are generous. The chicken is crispy and tender, the fries are hot and salty, and the coleslaw is creamy and crunchy. I also like the variety of sauces and dips they offer. The restaurant is clean and spacious, and there is plenty of parking outside.
