It increases the flexibility and produc- tivity of the economic system however it also increases insecurity for those involved as well as income inequal- ity. However, while some view it as a direct relation- ship, others see it as an indirect kind of relationship. In this paper, we discussed entrepreneurship over the num- ber of companies that opened and closed. Empirical analysis was performed using E-views 10 package program. We found there is no causal relation between entrepreneurship and economic growth but we found there is a causal relationship between economic growth and the number of closed firms. There is a one-way causality relationship and the direction of the relationship is from the number of companies established to the number of companies closed.
