I note that it is possible to print to different trays using the printerTray config option, but how does one print to the MP tray? This tray doesn't seem to appear when getting the printer details under trays.

Kyocera mp tray

I have fully setup the printer but i have a minor issue. Everytime i send a job to the printer the printer brings up a message on the LCD saying that i need to load paper into the MP tray. I have A4 paper loaded into cassette 1 as that is what i want to use as the MP tray is impractoial for the location of the printer. I have combed through the settings on multiple different occassions about trying to solve this issue. I have ensured that the default paper source is Cassette and not MP tray but for some reson it is still wanting to print from the MP tray until i go over to the printer and select the only paper option that is in the list when setting paper size for MP tray.

Labels needs confirmation. We currently use Java's APIs for accessing printer trays so if it is a defect with QZ Tray we'd need to prove that it's actually a defect, since offering a proprietary driver implementation for trays would be considered an enhancement. The printer driver is not exposing the tray listing to Java. The fact that it's called "Multipurpose" or "MP" shouldn't affect this.
