We run on a tight schedule and have a 10 minute grace period subject to brow sculpts and spray tanning appointments as they are only 15 minutes, we will do our best to fit you in however this is not guaranteed as it will affect our next clients appointment time and so on. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. What happens to my deposit if I cancel or need to reschedule? We have a strict 24hour cancellation policy which will result in your deposit being forfeited if you cancel or need to reschedule under 24 hours. Your deposit is to cover the cost of our lost time and potential sale. What happens if I have an appointment and we go into lockdown? Your appointment will be cancelled and we will contact you to reschedule. We do not refund deposits due to covid and your deposit will be held on file until the lockdown is lifted. If you no longer need your appointment once the lockdown has lifted you will be issued a salon credit to be used within 12 months.

Working her way up to owning her own salon taught her many lessons about business, client relationships, and her craft. One evolution of Style Labb has been the transition to a flat hourly pricing for all services. Stylists are priced according to their skill level and experience, and clients are billed in regards to the time spent for their services. Clients are guided through the booking process to the appropriate amount of time to select for their visits, and if their service takes less time than originally reserved through our system, they are billed only for the time actually spent. In addition, Style Labb is a strictly no tipping or gratuity salon.
