Lady Dimitrescu is one of the primary antagonists of Resident Evil Village and she spends a good chunk of the game following Ethan Winters around like Mr. X , which means that gamers have plenty of opportunities to run into her in-game. This also provides fans with plenty of inspiration for weird, wonderful, and sometimes downright creepy interactions between her and the rest of the game's cast.
