Hello Havasu! As a gluten-free person by medical necessity, I found it increasingly difficult and sometimes impossible to find great gluten free, tasty, and wholesome food. Freezer bread? Forget it!

This gem of a gluten-free bakery can be found in Calgary on you guessed it 90th Avenue. They have two locations, the dedicated gluten-free bakery is located at 90th Avenue SW.
