Ask a new question. This issue came out of no where and the pc has been running fine for years. When playing a game or sometimes instantly as soon as I load in to any game both my monitors turn off and show a "no signal" screen. The majority of the time my pc stays on during this and for me to be able to do anything I would have to restart my pc. Some of the times the pc shuts down and restarts itself. I am on windows 11 and have been using it with no issues at all until recently. It doesn't seem to be an overheating issue as both my cpu and gpu temps are completely normal when it happens. I understand that you are having problems with your monitor showing no signal after starting the game. Please ask if you have updated your system version recently. To rule out that the problem is caused by a system update, please go to Windows Update and uninstall the latest update. You can try to go to the device manager to uninstall the current graphics card driver, and then go to the official website of the device to download the graphics card driver adapted to the current system for installation.
