You have to receive them in almost every game you play tho, sometimes it happened that I did not get endorsed in like 2 games in a row, I still keep my level, but the situation alone is very stressful. You have to receive endorsements to reach level 5 in the first place. The moment you finally have it is a wonderful moment, but requires hard work and dedication to keep it! So that you can get 5 lootboxes a month instead of 3? I have had my endorment 5 for about 2 months now and i have only dropped out 1 time and that was a lag out of a competitive match.
