Hello guys, I bought lxr last year, and since November it's been parked up as I passed full license and got myself bigger bike. I now want to sell but have encountered an issue It won't start. Initially I thought it was battery so I got myself a charger but it showed fully charged. I got another charger and that showed the same thing. I then called the dealer and was told maybe my battery is totally dead as weather has been colder than usual in UK past month. So as I was taking it out to order replacement I noticed that its same size as my bigger bike. So I decided to swap them.

To be brutally honest the rest of the bike is basically identical to before and aside from a new shock, which is longer and raises the seat height by 20mm to mm, the LXR is identical to the model the Lexmoto LXR SE gets more updates. We rode the cheaper standard model but there's also a a more expensive SE version with a slightly higher spec including upside down forks, a TFT dash and an aluminium swingarm and top yoke. Lexmoto have increased the length of the shock on the new LXR, upping the seat height from mm to mm and putting more weight over the front wheel. The more expensive SE model benefits from 37mm upside down forks and a claimed lighter alumnium swingarm, too. The all-new learner legal cc motor is Euro5-compliant and has a four-valve head with double overhead cams where the old model had a single overhead cam and just two valves. The clutch action is nice and light and the gearbox fairly good but overall it feels a bit raw and rough due to the vibes. This is a big concern for buyers as there is an impression that Chinese bikes will be built to a budget and build quality and reliability will suffer as a result. That said, Lexmoto have fitted the LXR with a stainless steel exhaust and you have to take into account the fact the bike is very cheap to buy and also spare parts are extremely budget-friendly. The LXR comes with two years warranty, which is reassuring.

The LXR is pretty simple to work on, but some people can still get intimidated when it comes to motorcycles. There are not very many parts that make up this vehicle; the entire thing weighs only pounds which makes carrying tools up and down steps much more manageable. This motorcycle has an air-cooled engine that allows for easy starting in colder weather and a small frame that can fit in the back of a station wagon. There are only six things you need to do when maintaining your LXR, including changing the engine oil, adjusting the spark plug gap, replacing a missing or damaged kickstand spring, checking for fuel leaks, and tightening any loose fasteners. Medium The previous lxr with 5 gears was a lot more reliable k miles isn't a problem if oil changed regularly. Again an easy replacement and not to much hassle.
