Imagine a taqueria somewhere in Mexico. The familiar smell of melted cheese, warm wheat tortillas and spicy salsas in the air, and tables lively with chat and laughter. In between, trays of cool drinks and plates of hot dishes. Chef Christian Piedrahita nicely marinates the pork with chili and orange. Served with lime cream and pickled red onion, the hot stuff simply melts on your tongue. And then the tostada with marinated red tuna, guacamole and fresh herbs. Or you go for quesadillas. If you like it extra spicy, just add salsas and toppings. The best side order, however, is a margarita. Light wood and concrete emphasize the bright and friendly atmosphere.
