This yarn is available in a wide variety of colors and can be worked up into everything from from chunky blankets and cozy scarves to stylish hats and mittens. I am a newbie to crochet. This yarn worked up quickly into a queen size blanket which is very encouraging to a new crocheter like myself; especially on such a large project. It took a couple weeks including wait time on more yarn because it was decided to go bigger. The color selection is great, for this blanket I used Spiced Apple and it's just beautiful with subtle tonal variations of the burgundy and little flecks of lighter reddish burgundy, oatmeal and a darkest forest green, nearly black. The colors looks more high end, I think, than a homogenous solid color. It's so pretty! It turned out very soft with nice drape using a large hook in hdc-blo. Such a nice and meditative project to do.
