Liquid Divinium is earned throughout a match of Zombies, and can also be earned by completing Daily Challenges. Liquid Divinium can be spent in sets of 1, 2, or 3, with the higher cost increasing the likelihood of receiving rare GobbleGums. They can also be purchased using COD Points. Liquid Divinium is earned by spending points around the map on doors, wall weapons, traps , the Pack-a-Punch Machine , perks , the Mystery Box , and the GobbleGum Machine. Purchasing any of these yields a chance of a Liquid Divinium dropping. Only one vial can be acquired each time. Earning Divinium, however, is rare, and the chance of if dropping after a purchase seems to be random.

However, players tend to agree that once one reaches Round 7 and provided they have already spent a fair few points , they are guaranteed to earn one with another purchase. Nonetheless, the exact algorithm which is used to determine a Divinium drop is still somewhat of a mystery. However it has been seen that higher rounds along with frivolous spending of points on said rounds will more commonly reward Divinium.

Each GobbleGum will give a player a special ability, such as becoming invisible to zombies for a set amount of time, or spawning power-ups. I actually also got a LD on round 4 last night, so this seem very plausible and I wouldn't even doubt it if that was the algorithm they were using to determine liquid diviniums.
