That's too bad it didn't live up to expectation. Definately looks like yours wasn't quite cooked properly. I assume they're using the same oven to cook the deep dish as the standard pie, and that's probably not a great set up. The guy from CHOW video's up on youtube had the same problem with his. I was actually considering giving this one a try I might give it a pass now. This one defiantly wasn't made or cooked right.
