Use the ramps on the rooftops of the Print Works to jump over to the building just north of it. Or, find the hidden staircase on this building to take you to the rooftop. You'll find the hidden package by some AC units in the corner on the roof. Walk through the narrow alleyway to the right of the Funeraria Romero building to find a Hidden Package located behind.
