My relative is currently a resident in this facility and though I have good things to say, the bad things outweigh the good. First off walking into a facility you would expect to be greeted by a cheerful staff member. That is not the case. I have never seen so many staff members unhappy with where they work, to the point where they don't even acknowledge you walking in the front door. It is very sad. The last time I was there my visit was in the library which was fine. It was the walk down the library that was very disturbing for me. There were staff members walking the halls with no masks on and coming from the kitchen, all you could hear was yelling and cursing coming from the staff.
