I routinely get large loan documents pages that contain pages from outside sources, usually a bank. The paper size configuration is A4, the same used in the tray. I already shutdown the printer and unplug the power cable. Besides the message presents "letter", the paper setup for tray 1 is "A4" I checked that in the printer menu and also in the HP Smart app. There is no doc in the print spooler. Any other thing can I try? Did you check the document you where printing? Is the document size A4? Cancel the print and check the page size of the document before printing.
