Lady Lola Flemming Narcisse was a main character of Reign.

Since arriving at French court , she married Lord Julien , left him due to him deceiving her, and had a son with King Francis out of wedlock. When Francis publicly claimed their child, Lola was presumed the King's mistress, which made every man afraid of her. Except for the man even the King was afraid of: Lord Narcisse. The pair got close and married shortly after, defeating all odds. However, her husband's power-grabbing nature soon resurfaced and drove Lola away from him, all the way to English court. Lola found an unforeseen friend in Queen Elizabeth for a while, until she betrayed Elizabeth on what she thought was an order from her Queen.

While in servitude to her queen, Lola inadvertently wove herself into the French royal family more than she'd ever anticipated, which tied her to a life at court that she didn't want.
