Bearing in mind this is marketed at kids, they shouldn't really be worn out in 30secs just by switching it on, I also read they have made a change to the design to stop it shredding the strings, so obviously recognised it's been an ongoing issue. In fairness they offered to post complimentary strings, and they provided tracking, but now Royal Mail have managed to deliver them to the wrong place and I have to start all over again.
