Within hours, a Canadian avant-garde theatre group has comprehensively trashed the residence, tried on the owner's clothes, stubbed out roll-ups on the carpet and invited a down-and-out to stay. It's a fantastic cinematic metaphor for the ego and self-absorption of performers at the Edinburgh Festival.
