In the study, the data obtained by the survey method from participants were tried to be interpreted by using the SPSS statistical package program. In the selection of the sample, sampling method was used convenient sampling procedure. The data obtained from the survey method were analyzed using SPSS statistical package program. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, independent bivariate t test, one-way ANOVA and correlation test results were tabulated and interpreted. According to the basic results of the research; physical qualities, reliability, responsiveness, reliability, and empathy components, which are dimensions of service quality, positively affect each other. Due to the linear pricing policy of the airline to be studied, it is difficult to conduct a general price-quality assessment. However, there is no significant difference between service quality perceptions of participants with different income levels.

Main purpose of the study is to examine the effect of gastronomy tourism in travels organized for Bolu. In the study, the interview technique was preferred as the data collection method. The data obtained from 10 food and beverage and accommodation businesses and travel agency owners actively serving in Bolu were analyzed via descriptive analysis method. Considering the main results of the research; It is understood that most of the tourists coming to Bolu, come for the purpose of nature and health tourism and the effect of gastronomy tourism on touristic demand is quite low. It has been observed that most of the businesses do not have knowledge about gastronomy tourism such as geographical indication and origin. It is thought that it is very important for the local government to provide support in the fields of promotion and event management in order to develop gastronomy tourism in Bolu and thus to increase the number of travels to be organized.
