Recently though, I went for a makeup class and was blown away by how much they transformed my lips. So, I obviously had to rush to the nearest MAC store and get my hands on a few shades. Although the pencils initially feel stiff and hard to work with it, they soon warm up to a creamy consistency. As liners, they do a great job at defining the edges of the lips. However, when I tried applying the shades all over, I found that they tugged a little and caught on to the dry patches. I recommend using quick, short strokes to evenly coat your pout.
