After 24 years, the restaurant is out of the cozy environs below ground and no longer sharing a parking lot with the Mardi Gras Night Club. The move was not owner David Macera's idea. He was happy where he was. But it wasn't his decision. The restaurant's home for 24 years is now gone, demolished, along with the Mardi Gras, to make way for a new commercial development.
