In dining room only. Not valid on event days or holidays. Subject to change without notice. Six fried chicken dumplings, served with a generous portion of roasted julienned bell peppers, cilantro and a scrumptious sweet and slightly spicy sauce. Freshly diced salmon tossed with a perfectly matched dressing of slightly spicy mayo and Dijon, capers, cilantro, olive oil and green onion, and served with baguette croutons. Crispy fried shrimps, served with green onions, a lemon wedge and a sweet and slightly spicy sauce. Tortilla chips garnished with a diced tomato and bell pepper salsa, green onions and a three-cheese mixture, served with a classic salsa and sour cream duo. Two fish filets fried to perfection, with guacamole and house coleslaw, wrapped in wheat flour tortillas and topped with a drizzle of spicy mayo. A tasty mix of croutons, beef broth and Spanish onions, topped with melted Swiss and mozzarella cheeses.

We stayed one night at the Fortune House Hotel on Feb 24th prior to our cruise and we took a walk around the area and didn't see many restaurants so we decided to eat at Madison's Restaurant right in the hotel and boy were we Not only were the prices reasonable for Miami standards, service was top notch and the food was to die for. Our server was Roslin unsure of spelling and he was a very attentive waiter. We ordered bruschetta as an appetizer and it was very good. For our meals, my husband ordered the chicken cordon bleu roulade and he thought it was the best that he had ever had. I ordered the garlic shrimp with asparagus and fried plantains and it was fantastic! For dessert we shared a brownie with vanilla ice cream. This was a great start to our vacation and we thank the staff at Madison's!!! The food at the restaurant is very very good. The prices are very reasonable.
