Welcome to Dottzgaming. Welcome to DottzGaming. This build is intended for all levels of content: normal and veteran trials, normal and veteran dungeons, and general PvE! This build has extremely strong Single Target and AoE pressure with the abilities we have at our disposal, but we do need to be in melee range to reach maximum potential in terms of damage. Note: If you feel the build has enough stamina sustain and you want a little bit more damage, feel free to replace Burning Embers with Venomous Claw. You are playing a mortal for this build. Neither vampire nor werewolf gives this build anything it needs. The list below showcases the order in which champion points should be acquired, the number of points you need to place into that perk and whether or not it needs to be slotted in the CP bar. The Warfare CP perks increase your damage and mitigation and are the most important, the Fitness tree has some miscellaneous sustain and defensive perks and the Craft tree has crafting and non-combat bonuses. The Craft CP points are entirely customizable to however you want, or you can follow the list below. For this build, we use a dynamic rotation.

This build is optimized for solo play. This build here is specifically designed for SOLO play. I also made sure to give you a few gear choices below because it is not always easy to get the right gear in Elder Scrolls Online. Magicka Dragonknights are very powerful in a Solo environment both in dealing damage and staying alive. Magicka Dragonknights are very damage over time focused, so we want to keep DoTs like Burning Embers and Engulfing Flames active all the time. Combining the healing tick of Burning Embers with a set like Ring of the Pale Order or alternatively Iceheart will also always guarantee that we get our health back up without too much trouble.
This build has been updated for the Update 41 patch of the Elder Scrolls Online. The only learning curve to the Magicka Dragonknight is that it can be difficult for beginners to sustain. Use the following rotation as the starter point. In total, the Damage over Time skills DoTs do more damage than your main spammable. Replace your spammable with your in-class or weapon execute at certain percentages if you have one in this build. Also, always use the suggested food and potions as they significantly increase your damage, survivability, and resource sustain. If you run out of resources, do a heavy attack and return to your rotation. Remember that a heavy attack on off-balance enemies will return double the resources.
