She explained there were no appointments but took the details and explained she would speak to the duty doctor and would call. Thankfully she was seen by a doctor. We are very grateful for all the support we were given, it made a big difference to an anxious family. Thank you so much. Supportive, patient, caring and always go the extra mile. Very lucky to have have this surgery and their staff.

This surgery has some ridiculous procedures which are not favourable to patients and this is deemed neglectful to myself to be left with just paracetamol for a disc injury or take someone else medication which is major oak medical practice of me as a practioner myself.
