It all began for the iconic Marathon Souvlaki in with a small restaurant on Notre Dame Street in Chomedey, Laval, containing five tables and focusing mainly on takeout and delivery. The original locale expanded three times, ultimately growing to a comfortable seats. This prompted the opening in of a storefront a few blocks away, on Cure Labelle, reserved exclusively for the takeout and delivery crowd. As Marathon marks 45 years in business, there are two other thriving locations: one at the Galeries des Sources in Dollard des Ormeaux and another off Decarie Boulevard, near the former Blue Bonnets Raceway. The late Felipe Klitirinos was the founder.

Awesome food, very friendly staff, fast delivery Highly recommend it!! Zero issues. Do yourself a favour and order the loose Gyro meat, best in the city. And that marathon salad, wow. Been going here for many many years. Food is always tasty and fresh. Place is clean and staff is very pleasant. What can I say?? The staff is exceptional!! And the food to die for. I am a picky woman with food. But know that I loved everything! The food was fresh we had the choice of with or without an ingredient. I didn't want an onion and I didn't have any! I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely recommend! I would just put a small downside. Added salad with your "threesomes, fights For the first time we went in Saturday and it was a very good place but we only ordered appetizers because they were very big. Best Greek Restaurant in town! Gotta try their gyro pita plates just amazing! Great place, with even better staff. Place is always tidy and neat. Food here is amazing! Highly recommend everyone to try the gyro pita with a side of delicious dollar fries. Delivery time is very reasonable and like every other delivery place there are and will be mistakes but they will always find a solution to meet your needs. I recommend everyone to call for a pick up so that your order is ready when you arrive. Nothing bad to say about this place!
