Gain a Suitcase from the elder Toad as well as Coins before heading to the Koopa Cruiser where Luigi ends up on board against his will! Save once you are on board and then head above decks to get some good advice, a picture for your passport, and a couple Mushrooms, followed by a fight with a couple Goombas for some experience in duo Mario Brother fighting. Save once more before speaking to the crane operator to get Luigi above decks the hard way at least he gets a cool job!

This area requires a timed Spin Jump to hit the moving whirlwind, then riding it to the far left before leaving it to go to the far ledge to reach next area. However, Hoohooros is far from defenseless. How nice of him. Mario viruses, and now this, the game developers are really cramming in as much nostalgia as they can.
