I have spent many hours learning the ins and outs of it, and now find it to be a very all encompassing and hard working and stable program. The thing that puts this software at the top of my list is the excellent customer support. After using Maxident for about 6 months I requested some program modifications and the company is working on implementing them and keeping me updated on their progress along the way. Our customer service specialist and I feel he really listens to what I am saying and really tries to fix any issues I have with the software.
