The manager Kenny is really nice even when i was bugging him he was still polite and helped me. Meineke offered a depth of knowledge and capability for repairing air conditioning. Other places only offer a recharge with no failure analysis. It is working great and I am grateful. I went to Meineke to have an exhaust leak noise. I thought it was the muffler. When the technician put my car on the lift, he showed me the leak in the exhaust. He was able to replace the leaking section and repair the leak. This repair and not replacing the entire exhaust system saved me a lot of money.

This unprofessional shop can't even do a oil change or tire rotation without problems: They overfilled my oil. They made me come back four times to try and fit me in for the tire rotation, but everytime they had excuses such as were too busy, my tech is out sick, ect.
