The "literally all oil" curry is a new type of curry that is supposed to help lubricate on exit. I'd persist on menulog missing items refund and threaten to go to fair trading or the like. Vs Original Poster.

I have a suspicion they look at the receipt that's taped to the bag and saw "voucher used on the receipt" and stole it knowing that i didn't pay full price for my order and they know my order included a coffee. If you need to spend so much time outside waiting for your order, why not just go and pick it up? Unlikely to have a "license" unless he is American. But perhaps you meant "Licence". I am using the vouchers posted on Ozbargain that is restricted to delivery only. When I was a kid at McDonald's the teenage workers would sneak food all the time.
Menulog missing items
So, just recently, I placed a pickup order at a Vietnamese restaurant near me and used Menulog for the first time to place the order. I went to the restaurant to pick up the order, and everything seemed fine until I got back home and noticed that I was missing two main meals of pho from my order. I called the restaurant and explained the issue, but they directed me to Menulog to process the refund. I spoke to the Menulog chat, and after informing them about my order issue, they told me that since it was a pickup order, they couldn't process a refund and advised me to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant again, and they adamantly stated that they could do nothing since the payment was made through Menulog, and I would have to talk to them about it. Now I'm just confused and annoyed because I'm being passed around, trying to get a refund for the missing orders for both. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue with Menulog pickup and if they were able to get a refund for missing items though Menulog or the Restaurant when they accept a Menulog pickup order?

Lodge a paypal dispute if you paid paypal. I have found they redund you after doing this. So if you actually got off your behind and collected your own takeaway food in person a new concept you would have been able to judge the quality of the food by seeing what others had ordered and if it was not up to your standard you could have left and purchased something else. Yeah I was thinking they would have offered something at least, but they just sent me an email saying the store denies it and that they can't do anything about it. Nothing happened from any source, so 3 weeks later i emailed Menulog. I ordered two curries and they were literally all oil. I'm not saying that is a lot of oil, but BP called and expressed interest. Edit: OK, just read your comment. Whenever I have asked for a refund through menu log previously they have always just sent my money back and that was only over things like wrong or missing items. If only they were like Deliveroo and refunded you; Interesting.. I had quickly lodged a dispute with my credit card provider. So she eventually cancelled the order and said a refund would be processed the next day.
Everyone info.
Menulog didn't offer any help, never again. Just to clarify, Menulog is basically just a "menu log". Nothing happened from any source, so 3 weeks later i emailed Menulog. So if you actually got off your behind and collected your own takeaway food in person a new concept you would have been able to judge the quality of the food by seeing what others had ordered and if it was not up to your standard you could have left and purchased something else. Tried some but then had to throw them out. Hopefully you have a different experience! I tried to go to the local council to take up an unsafe food claim because I was furious that the store said I was a liar, but it got too hard to escalate so I gave up lol. Edit: OK, just read your comment. Debates and Discussions! What should I do if the food received is not what I requested?
