We all know Sonic 06 was a disaster, and it's story made little sense, and some of you not including me think the game sucked big-time, I made this topic to discuss about the character Mephiles the Dark or just Mephiles to some He was one of the three villains in Sonic 06 who added depth to Shadow's storyline, but I want you's all to talk about him,e. Personally, I liked him, even better, I loved his design, but personally, since he gets ressurected through other peoples shadows I woulda loved to see him copy other characters shadows and use them to full Shadow, woulda made a nice boss battle. When Mephiles attempted to flee from the laboratory that once held Solaris prisoner, he was stopped by Shadow the Hedgehog, who had traveled to the past in order to seal Mephiles away inside the Scepter of Darkness. During his imprisonment, Mephiles formulated a cruel and brilliant plot that would span over two-hundred years. Years later, Mephiles was freed from the Scepter of Darkness and stole the form and abilities of Shadow who at that point had not yet traveled back in time to imprison Mephiles in the Scepter by merging with his foe's shadow.
