Raess lives with his wife Shah Jahan, son Hamza and daughter Roomi. His wife hands over her savings just so he would bring the book for her son. His daughter Sameen is a top scorer at school. The third brother, Nafees returns from London with his toddler daughter, Hala after a divorce and a remarriage. Refusing at first, his mother finally agrees to the matter of Hala staying with them after Nafees gifts her a pair of earrings. Nafees convinces his mother and elder brother, Raees to let his daughter stay with them. Early in the morning, Raees buys gifts for his family members. Enraged, Shah Jahan bad mouths her husband and mother-in-law. Coincidentally, Hala hears all of her complaints and reports them to her grandma out of innocence.
