The digital oscillator is fabulous, pressure keyboard and along with the modulation matrix it makes for an exciting synth with lots to offer. I also generally prefer desktop stuff, as I sequence with digitakt, but the keys are actually very good on the microfreak and with the apreggiatior it lets you improvise in a nice way.
