This is abusolutely the best oil change place. I just came here today. The front lady is super professional and patient. And it was super fast. Like 15 minutes with appointment. I highly recommend I had came about 2 weeks ago to get an oil change just to come home later that day and find out that they forgot to put back on my splash guard.

Perfect way to sabotage a car. Her muffler went bad a few weeks after mine, but they left the rest alone as far as we can tell! I went to a Midas shop on E. I didn't ask them to find a leak! Plus you are guaranteed to pay more than the advertised price. This last time I called over the weekend and they have always been open on the weekends and no one was answering the phone. The first, the feeling of being ripped off and deceived and second, the rudeness was totally unacceptable. Now the game of phone tag begins. I went to a different place. I did look at all of my wheels before going to Midas, so I told him that and suddenly I found the "missing" lug nut on the floor where my car was serviced.

So I had the master cylinder replaced along with a line flushing. I went to Midas about 6 weeks ago for the first time. I have a damaged rim and damaged braking system and damaged axle. When I took the oil out, it was black like they never changed the oil. They showed me under the car that the flange wasn't correctly installed, the bolt was NOT on the right side to keep in place. The problem was unknown. I asked them to do a diagnostic on my car. However, Midas just tells the lie right in front of its customer's face. Says "It's the weather" I was informed I need new pads and rotors. Then I had to bring my car yet again cause it was making a horrible noise - kinda like the noise made when a child puts a soda can in their tire while riding their bike. It was parked in their lot and I was given the keys. No care for the customer, just bringing in money and ripping people off. I feel your people should not pressure a person. Nothing the front desk said was accurate?
