Gamemode 4 is a collection of Minecraft command datapacks designed to change and enhance the survival experience. Each pack adds a set of custom features to the game; they can vary in size with some adding small features like exploding bats or naturally generating pathswhile others add complex mechanics such as magic potion brewing or custom ores. Gamemode 4 was a Survival Multiplayer where they used command blocks to attempt to replicate the feel of modded Minecraft in vanilla. Gamemode 4 was started in May and lasted through July. The map was modified using 'Gamemode 4' , a popular command block modification created by Accidental Games , Eeasemaps and Bluefire The world is 10, by 10, blocks and has custom terrain. An easy to notice mod is desire lines: when a player walks over a grass block, it gets changed into a dirt block, and if it is passed over again, it is changed into coarse dirt.
