I had never heard of the place until waitress Britney Kirkbride sent me a nice note encouraging me to give it a try. She has worked for owner and chef Joseph Cernava for several years and described his made-from-scratch food as the best she has ever tasted. Cernava briefly moved to Massillon Road in Green before returning to the Canton Road location about five months ago. My wife, Susie, and I arrived unannounced and incognito for dinner on a recent Tuesday evening.
