Our competitive pathway is recognised nationally as a high-ranking club for athletes, both male and female, mlc swim. Since our Learn to Swim program has built a strong reputation for teaching the fundamentals of swimming and water safety. Lessons are conducted by qualified instructors who aid and guide mlc swim through 8 distinctive pathway levels. Each level has a unique set of swim skill targets and milestones that help develop the individual's swimming technique and endurance.
Our program caters for students of all ages, with a comprehensive level program designed for students from six months of age, with introductory water familiarisation levels all the way through to advanced squad programs. We also offer Adult Learn to Swim classes. For all new children two and a half years or older, an assessment must be conducted to correctly identify their appropriate swimming level. Assessments need to be booked either via email swim mlcsyd. Simply bring your child with their swimmers for their allocated booking time and let the Aquatic Centre staff know that you are here for your scheduled assessment. Current students enrolled into the program are assessed regularly on an ongoing basis. Please speak with the Instructor in Charge IC on duty for more information and feedback as to your child's progression and development or check the customer portal for a progress report.

During this time the Swim School has gained an outstanding reputation for conducting classes that focus on each student gaining skills, confidence and improved technique within a fun and supportive environment. Classes are open to all children aged over 3 years of age and are conducted every weekday afternoon except Fridays and Saturday mornings the classes have been developed with low student to instructor ratios to maximise swimmer attention and participation. The staff at MLC are committed to delivering a program that fosters a love of swimming within an outstanding aquatic facility. Since our Learn to Swim program has built a strong reputation for teaching the fundamentals of swimming and water safety. Lessons are conducted by qualified instructors who aid and guide students through 8 distinctive pathway levels. Once students have progressed through our Learn to Swim levels, students can progress into one of our non-competitive squads: Junior District Squad or Senior District Squad. Swimmers who show an interest in competitive swimming can be assessed to join the competitive squad program. We also offer holiday programs during school term holidays.
