The Arista Restaurant and Bar features that endearing, but sadly dying, trait among restaurants on the island: the owner herself attends to the diners. Decked out in the most simple of interiors with slight touches of tropicana, the place conveys its own moalboal bars of simple elegance. In this article, I am going to explain why Moalboal is possibly the best spot in the Cebu for a digital nomad who loves adventure and travel but still wants to get work done! For a digital nomad there usually is nothing more important than a strong WiFi connection. We can deal with most other factors but we need that internet speed to get work done. There are so many things to see and do in this area, like Canyoneering at Kawasan Falls, hiking Casino Peak and snorkelling with thousands of sardines. One thing I did not expect when I visited Moalboal is just how incredible the food would be here. There are a number of restaurants and bars that I visited time and time again and would highly recommend. Venz Kitchen is an incredible restaurant for authentic Filipino food. I returned to this place so many times and every single time I was blown away at just how amazing the food was. They have a whole page of vegan options and another page dedicated to vegetarian dishes. Chicken Pastel - a creamy dish of chicken, and vegetables serviced with rice. Chicken Adobo - an authentic Filipino dish of chicken cooked with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, pepper, vinegar and onion, served with rice. Pork Kaldarete - a hearty tomato dish with pork, potatoes, and carrots, served with rice. Chicken Curry - a yellow curry made with coconut milk and spices, with vegetables and served with rice. Chicken Afritada - a tomato-based stew with chicken and vegetables, served with rice. Dishes cost between and PHP, which are very reasonably priced for good portion sizes.

Moalboal is a tiny coastal resort town at the southwest section of Cebu in the Philippines. It is popular among divers because of its rich marine life, particularly the sardine run experience. This small town a few hours away from Cebu City is the only place in the Philippines where you can see the magnificent sardine run throughout the year. The best thing to do in Moalboal is definitely diving. The drinks are reasonably priced, and the atmosphere is electric. Chili Bar Chili Bar is the place to go if you want to party late into the night. Venz Kitchen Venz Kitchen is an incredible restaurant for authentic Filipino food. Finding good wi-fi is hard in the Philippines. Make sure to be there on time to get a seat.

This rooftop bar has stunning views of the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine while taking in the scenery. White Beach in Moalboal is not to be confused with its much famous partner in Boracay but it is still an amazing beach to visit.
