There were an answer that says open an online radio and see the result, I did and opened also YouTube but unfortunately there is now sound on both.

I have used multiple cables, headphones, and earbuds, all with the same result. My question is this: How can I go about replacing the audio jack in my phone? I need to know both where to search for such a replacement part, and how to install it once I have it. The rest of my phone works great, so I do not want to have to go out and purchase a new phone if I can get this one up and running just fine. As to finding a replacement part if the audio jack is faulty, a quick search online failed to find any, perhaps you may have better luck. Alternatively the creators of the video have a website with a phone number to call if you have trouble finding any parts.
