Ask a new question. When I plug in the receiver to the USB port on two different computers the green light flashes. And in the control panel Mouse category it states the the device is working properly. However, when I place the battery into the mouse itself, nothing happens. The red laser light flashed a few times and then nothing. The green battery indicator light flashed once and went off. I tried changing the battery; I tried pushing in the small white connect button on the bottom of the mice several times and nothing happened. Is the mouse defective?
