Here's a little boui-boui as we like them, located in an old house on stilts along the Muay thai restaurant Phraya River, at the Tha Tian pier where you take the ferry to Wat Arun. You'll be transported back to the days of old Bangkok. I have been coming here for years this is the best Thai food in Connecticut, in fact I have ever been to Thailand and this food is authentic delicious wonderful as good I ate there… very clean restaurant, and great hospitality, I highly recommend it!!! If you want high quality delicious Thai food, this is the spot. We usually order large takeout meals that are packed well and stay hot by the time I arrive home. Have dined in a couple times and Staff is always kind.

Mon - Sat - Follow Us. There is a wide selection of delicious Thai and International dishes served throughout the day and early evening. The restaurant is directly adjacent to our Muay Thai gym, and provides a unique setting to relax, refuel and recuperate after some hard training. Our custom menu was meticulously designed in-house, ensuring that our students get a well balanced and nutritious diet to sustain their Muay Thai training. A well balanced diet is essential for our bodies to develop, replace and repair cells, especially after high intensity exercise. Though food from local Thai restaurants and street vendors can be delicious, it often contains MSG, refined sugar, and is cooked in fatty palm oils. Only fresh, local ingredients and the finest cuts of meat are used in our dishes. Additives and processed foods are avoided wherever possible. Our Restaurant Manager is very accommodating with regard to any special dietary requirements vegetarian, vegan, halal etc.

I was in a very dark place mentally and physically in the worst shape of my life. I felt lousy and unhealthy. I needed some where to put my grief. My best friend encouraged me to go try a class with her, little did I know I was not just entering a gym that day but a family. I started with one class a week and soon realized I was capable of more thanks to the encouragement of our coaches. I love learning the techniques of Muay Thai. The coaches are so supportive, encouraging, motivating, skilled and so much fun. I now do 2 classes a night days a week with a mix of strength and conditioning, adult mixed classes, ab and ladies class.
