I am not happy about this recall and service campaigns messages. Someone must tell me if I bought or been sold a faulty BMW. The car go for service and within few weeks again same messages. I am even scared of driving the X3 now. My vehicle status was not reflecting accurately, no matter how many times I refreshed, reinstalled the app or synched. Remote functionality seemed to work just fine. I noted this in my review and received a response in 48 hours - the problem has since been resolved and everything seems to be working fine.
