A Mason man identified by Warren County Sheriff's investigators as a rape suspect has decided against fighting extradition to his home county. John Reynolds, 53, agreed in Boone County this morning to be transferred to Lebanon to face serious criminal charges while an investigation involving the possibility of more victims continues. Warren County authorities have alleged Reynolds sexually assaulted three minors, all under the age of 15 at the KOA Campgrounds in Lebanon. A criminal rape complaint filed Thursday in Lebanon alleged that Reynolds knowingly engaged in sexual conduct with a year-old on March 16 at the campground. He was also charged with gross sexual imposition with a year-old on the same day, at the same location. Authorities searched for Reynolds in his Mason neighborhood but located him Saturday in Boone County where he was arrested. Detectives confirmed Reynolds was affiliated with Boy Scout Troop in Mason, but that the three underage victims they identified were not part of the troop.
