Nasus is an imposing, jackal-headed Ascended being from ancient Shurima , a heroic figure regarded as a demigod by the people of the desert. Fiercely intelligent, he was a guardian of knowledge and peerless strategist whose wisdom guided the ancient empire of Shurima to greatness for many centuries. After the fall of the empire, he went into self-imposed exile, becoming little more than a legend. Now that the ancient city of Shurima has risen once more, he has returned, determined to ensure it never falls again. Nasus is a humanoid figure with the head of a jackal. He is tall and muscular with glowing blue eyes and a body covered in short black fur. He wears golden, ceremonial armor with teal highlights, and much of his body is wrapped in pale bandages. His staff is teal and gold with a brown leather grip. Thoughtful and reclusive, Nasus is an imposing, solemn presence, bearing all the power, wisdom, and sorrow that comes with millennia of life.

This skin is clearly inspired by the Mayan civilization — his armour, headpiece and staff all appear to be plucked directly from their culture. The splash art for this skin is fairly apocalyptic too. Worldbreaker Nasus sends what looks like Sun Goddess Karma flying from an Aztec Pyramid as his ethereal claw reaches out to grasp her. There is also a centaur in the background that is almost definitely Worldbreaker Hecarim. The colour combination of blue, purple and gold blend well together. Plus, his staff is far more eye-catching than his regular staff. Probably due to the Aztec face that dominates it.

Nasus is a champion in League of Legends. Active: Nasus empowers his next basic attack within 10 seconds to have an uncancellable windup , gain 50 bonus range , and deal bonus physical damage. If Siphoning Strike kills the target, Nasus permanently gains 3 stacks , increased to 12 if the target is a champion , large minion , or large monster. Siphoning Strike resets Nasus' basic attack timer.
