Big issue for me is that I often reserve seats and for some reason the app does not show you your reserved seat number in your digital ticket or anywhere at all in the app. You have to log on to the website and view the pdf ticket or review your booking email if you need reminding. Beyond this, everything else functions well and I appreciate the ability to save the journey to Apple wallet although again, it does not show seat number or really much in the way of journey details. Today I have to be late to work coz the driver from Leeds to Birmingham have to wait for some people to board whose family were still behind her.
