In order to update your mobile number you will need to speak to our mortgage team. If you attempt to re-register for Online Banking we will reconfirm your existing customer number and also allow you to re-set your security details if needed. It only takes a few minutes. If you do not know your online pin and password, we can text you an activation code to reset this. If we do not have your up to date mobile number, we can post this activation code to you.
