Mass Fusion will make whoever you did not pick your enemy and if you side with the BoS you will also loose the rest of the Railroad quests that are available but they will not become hostile. After successfully teleporting into the Institute , the Sole Survivor will be greeted by a voice coming from hidden speakers. The voice invites the player to enter an elevator. When the elevator opens, the door to the relay room locks closed, and the quest begins. If using the relay room to depart rather than using the Pip-Boy directly to fast travel then the network scan must be carried out, or the doors to the relay room will not open. After following the voice through the empty Institute corridors and up another elevator, the Sole Survivor eventually enters a room to find a scared and confused child. Inside Job is a Minutemen main quest in Fallout 4. There are two ways to obtain this quest. One way involves recruiting the Minutemen to help build the signal interceptor , resulting in the quest being given by Sturges. Another way is to build the transporter with another faction, do several Institute quests while staying on the Minutemen's good side, betray the Institute during The Battle of Bunker Hill , and then speak to Preston Garvey who will give the quest. In the former route, Sturges asks the Sole Survivor that they infiltrate the Institute 's computer network via a network scanner holotape. The occurring dialogue triggers the quest and starts it. In the latter route, the Sole Survivor must retrieve the holotape from the other faction and give the already prepared holotape back to Sturges.
