New vegas third person

The question is pretty simple, do you prefer viewing from 3rd-person or 1st-person while playing in Fallout New Vegas? In most cases, I prefer using the 1st-person view because I have the crosshairs disabled new vegas third person default Yup, it's an immersion thing But occasionally, I like to admire the armor my character has equipped, especially when that armor isn't vanilla.

As the title suggests, guns aren't aligned properly with the crosshair in third person mode. As a result of this, Guns don't shoot near the crosshair, but rather to the right of it. It's also a strategic point of view if you're ambushed by a horde of raiders and use the 3rd-person view to get a clearer look of where they're stationed at. Third feels a little too clunky although I'll run around every now and then to get an appreciation for whatever I'm wearing. First-person view when i'm in combat and exploring the indoors.
