Is there a way to use my Chromecast or cast my screen to my TV? Of course with apps like Youtube and other streaming apps of cast my browser tot my TV. Proberly i cannot use my Chromecast without a Google account, but is there another device that can do newpipe cast to tv Miracast doesnt seems to work.

Oh my. I just realized that throughout this whole thread you never mentioned what your device is. I understand any reluctance to go the Kodi route as it would require some kind of box. Technically it can be had for very little. Sadly, finding a list of non-Android boxes is not as easy as I thought. I now have an Asus Zenfone 8 with eOS 1.

Sorry to shit on this, but NewPipe sucks. In my experience it's a waste of time to try and use it as a YT client replacement. It barely works, if at all. Casting definitely never ever worked for me, not even once. The user experience is unfamiliar and seems significantly worse than Vanced. Vanced is what the official youbutt app should've been.
