October EA doesn't want to give loyalty packs evidently. They must be banking on everybody buying them packs themselves in order to have a somewhat coherent HUT team this year. Typical EA I suppose. I'm not surprised. I preordered the game with the explicit agreement for 10 loyalty reward packs. Changing the agreement after the order is illegal.
